Kate Baier is a licensed Esthetician at ReDerm MD Medical Spa, where she offers customized, results-driven skincare designed to help clients look and feel their most confident. With certifications in microdermabrasion, chemical peels, dermaplaning, and microneedling, Kate blends clinical expertise with a personalized approach. She is also experienced in brow artistry, lash lifts and tints, Diamond Glow, and deeply relaxing, massage-focused spa treatments. Whether she’s focusing on long-term skin transformation or a restorative self-care session, Kate creates a treatment experience tailored to each client’s unique goals.
Her passion for esthetics was born from her own struggles with acne, and the powerful impact skin conditions had on her self-esteem. That personal journey inspired her to pursue her license at the School of Botanical and Medical Esthetics, where she found a calling in helping others reclaim confidence through skincare. Kate began her career at a day spa in Cherry Creek, quickly stepping into a leadership role as spa manager. Before transitioning to esthetics, she earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Kansas and worked for several years in corporate finance and marketing—skills that continue to inform her thoughtful and professional client care
Originally from Golden, Colorado, Kate brings warmth, creativity, and compassion into every service. Outside of work, she loves sewing and fashion (often making or altering her own clothing), and lives with her two cats, Theo and Clementine. Fun fact: she literally grew up in a zoo, surrounded by all kinds of animals—an experience that deeply shaped her lifelong instinct for nurturing and care. Kate is excited to continue expanding her service offerings at ReDerm and looks forward to helping each client feel at home in their skin.
